Is there any charge?
FREE event that require registration, there is no charge, it's completely FREE.
Ticketed Event that requires selling tickets, there is a card processing and a small admin fee, see below. If no ticket is sold, there is no fee.
Option A – Organiser pay fee • Option B – Customer pay fee
How do we track tickets sales?
Every time someone book a ticket, you will directly get email notification straight away on your email.
How do we receive the funds from ticket sales?
Money first goes to card processing company, then to Spotted Locally account.We then transfer the funds to your account, minus fees - if any!
When do you transfer the funds to us?
In most cases after the event/tickets is sold out.
If tickets are sold out 1 week before the event start date, we may be able to pay you before the event.However, if tickets sale continues until event, then payment will be made to you after event.
